Have you heard about circles before but never experienced one? Maybe you're curious but don't know what to expect or how to participate? Or maybe you're a veteran of circles and looking for a unique experience.
We have a variety of circles and experiences for everyone.
Talking circles have been used since ancient times to share food, stories, worship, pass down traditions and build community.
At Me-Her-Us, we build safe space to explore themes and topics common to women. We start by creating agreements for our interactions before, during and after circle. While in circle, we use the talking-stick method of interacting with each other; this means that the person holding the talking stick person speaks, everyone else listens. When the person finishes sharing, all circle participants beam the speaker to affirm them and what they've shared. The talking stick is then passed onto another participant to speak. This method of sharing allows us all to express our truth without fear of rebuttal or judgment.
In circle, we use ritual, movement and conversation to connect with and embrace our Divine Feminine; to open our hearts to ourselves and our sisters. Here, we find support, in addition to the validation and compassion needed to honor and hold ourselves accountable to being self compassionate.
Circle is a way of communicating, a way of being with each other and a way to process feelings.
It's an experience of support and acceptance.

"I create safe & trusting spaces for women to transform their burnout, social bullying and disappointment so as to build personally fulfilling lives of mission and joy. I believe that healing our pain is the truest expression of self-love. Besides releasing us from our own hurt, self-healing empowers us to be seen and models courageous self advocacy to every woman that looks to you for guidance, direction and encouragement."
Are you comfortable and confident in your body? Do you struggle with poor body image or issues around body confidence. Are you ready to explore topics about our bodies, how we feel about them or experience them?
In our Nourish circle we explore themes around body confidence (or not) and what it means to be in a woman's body today. These Circles are aligned with our Nourish Program.
Even if you are not a member of the Nourish Program, we invite you to join us and engage with these important topics.
We carry deep within us, an imprint of our daughter experience. It shapes every aspect of our life. For some, there's longing, pain or emptiness, maybe even grief associated with our mothers or caregivers. Still others may feel frustration, anger, rage, confusion, resentment, joy, gratitude and all these rolled in together. The truth is we all have a complicated relationship with our mother and with our expectations of what it means to be mother.
Join us for this 9 week exploration of the complex relationship dynamic between our mother and us. Our focus is on healing our mother wound.
Periodically, we offer 8 & 12 session transformational programs. Our two most popular programs are The Awakened Woman and Step-into-Sistership.
